Nightguard care

Your nightguard should be brushed when you brush your teeth in the morning and at night. When not using it, keep it in water. You may want to use a denture-cleaning cup as they are very handy for holding nightguards. The denture cleaning tablets are also helpful in cleaning the nightguard and making it taste minty, but is not a substitute for manual cleansing.
If you have any dental work done such as a filling, inlay or crown, please bring you nightguard with you so it can be adjusted to fit the new restoration.
